$25 deposit

A $25 deposit reserves Maya's time for your pup. It's applied toward your final grooming total, so it's never an extra fee.

Managing your booking

Your confirmation includes a private link to your booking. Use it to see your appointment, update notes for Maya, pick a new time or cancel.

Lost the link? Search your email for your confirmation number, which starts with BARK.

24-hour cancellation policy

Cancel or reschedule 24 hours or more before your appointment and your deposit is refunded to your card automatically.

Cancellations within 24 hours keep the deposit, since that time usually can't be refilled.

Remaining balance

Once your pup is done, you'll get a secure link to pay the remaining balance by card. Final price may vary if the coat needs significant extra work, and Maya will always talk to you first.

Privacy

We only collect what's needed to groom your dog: your name, contact details, address and your pup's details. We use it to run your appointments and never sell it.

Card payments are handled by a secure payment provider. Bark & Bubble never sees or stores your full card number.

Terms

Please make sure your pup is up to date on vaccinations and let us know about any health or behaviour concerns in your booking notes.

Maya may pause or end a groom if continuing would be unsafe for your dog. Any work not completed won't be charged.
